Deactivate Data Sharing

You can deactivate data sharing in the Xpert app.

  • From your Xpert dashboard, click Settings > Account.

  • Click on "Delete my account."

  • Confirm your decision in the pop-up window.

After your account is deleted:

You won't be able to log in or access any customer insights or audiences. Your customer data will be deleted from our systems after 30 days.
