Some instances are: Launching a new website,construction work like building a bridge or shopping mall, making business changes to comply with regulation, putting on an industry event or introducing business, process or cultural changes to the organization. Besides the different projects, there are also several roles that a person working on a project might have to undergo. Some of which are: Project sponsor, project manager, supplier, stakeholder and clients. There is a proper life cycle that each project involves itself into. the life cycle is divided into three broad stages: Planning, Executing and Closing.
