At times, we conduct a User survey to collect information about Users preferences. These surveys are optional and if Users choose to respond, their responses will be kept anonymous. Affiliated Businesses and Third-Party Websites, third Party Partners We Do Not Control:
In certain situations, businesses or third-party partners we are affiliated with may sell items or provide services to you through the Services (either alone or jointly with us). You can recognize when an affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service, and we will share your Personal Information with that affiliated business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or service. Employees /Agents of Company:
We follow a strict confidentiality clause with regard to disclosure of Personal Information to our employees or other personnel. There may be situations, where we may disclose the confidential information only to those of our employees and other personnel on a need to know basis and who agree to abide by the confidentiality obligations. Any breach of Personal Information by the employees, personnel within Company is taken stringently by the Company and may result in termination or initiation of legal actions on the defaulting person. We also employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. User Profiles and Submissions:
Certain user profile information, including without limitation a user’s name and location may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your request for Company’s Services. Your account privacy settings allow you to limit the other users who can see the Personal Information in your user profile and/or what information in your user profile is visible to others when such a Service is offered by the Company in the future. Any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other user can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by others. Your user name may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through the Services and other users can contact you through messages and comments. Again, we do not control the policies and practices of any other third-party site or service which may interact with our Services.
We may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that would be transferred. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.

However, as explained above, such deletion and/or correction may result in you being unable to use all or a part of our Services, where such information is mandatory/required.

No administrator in our Company will have knowledge of your password. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, your computer and your mobile phone. At Xpert, we expect our users to respect the intellectual property rights of others. All capitalized terms used in the Xpert Trademark Policy have the same meaning as defined in the Xpert Terms of Service, which incorporates this policy by reference into its terms.
Discouragement of Trademark Infringement on Xpert
Trademarks should not be used in any way that causes confusion about the source of goods or sponsorship. If you infringe trademarks of others, Your Content may be removed or suspended in whole or part. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and our discretion, to disable and/or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are charged repeatedly with infringing the trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others.
Other Content, Sites and Apps
Your use of others’ content and information posted on our Services, is at your own risk. Others may offer their own products and services through our Services, and we aren’t responsible for those third-party activities. By using the Services, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Xpert generally does not review content provided by our Members or others. You agree that we are not responsible for others’ (including other Members’) content or information. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our Services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse. You also acknowledge the risk that you or your organization may be mistakenly associated with content about others when we let connections and followers know you or your organization were mentioned in the news. Members have choices about this feature. Xpert may help connect Members offering their services (career coaching, accounting, etc.) with Members seeking services. Xpert does not perform nor employs individuals to perform these services. You must be at least 18 years of age to offer, perform or procure these services. You acknowledge that Xpert does not supervise, direct, control or monitor Members in the performance of these services and agree that (1) Xpert is not responsible for the offering, performance or procurement of these services, (2) Xpert does not endorse any particular Member’s offered services, and (3) nothing shall create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between Xpert and any Member offering services. If you are a Member offering services, you represent and warrant that you have all the required licenses and will provide services consistent with our Professional Community Policies. Similarly, Xpert may help you register for and/or attend events organized by Members and connect with other Members who are attendees at such events. You agree that (1) Xpert is not responsible for the conduct of any of the Members or other attendees at such events, (2) Xpert does not endorse any particular event listed on our Services, (3) Xpert does not review and/or vet any of these events, and (4) that you will adhere to these terms and conditions that apply to such events.
