  • How do you evaluate traditional vs. digital marketing channels?

    Traditional marketing channels are Print, TV, Outdoor, Radio, Below the line activities like events, road shows etc. Any marketing that is done on mobile apps, internet websites, Browser driven, Search and social channels electronically to reach people is digital marketing.

  • How did you go about finding your right target audience?

    It depends on the product or service you are building. It also depends on segment, novelty, pricing, business strategy, innovation cycle, customer life cycle and local regulations.

  • What is the one thing that you abide by in all your marketing campaigns?

    My vision of the brand and being true to the brand perosna so that Communication establishes the brand equity that is important to be created.

    It's fun, you create a personality out of a intagible thing. You create emotions and fulfil people's desire.

    It's based on campaign objectives, your target audience, budget and the expected results.

  • Amidst this Covid-19 World over lockdown situation, what are some of the key priority areas and challenges for your brand?

    Customer is the Key reason for the existence of the business. And it's Customers who are suffering the most. Brand's should seek the opportunity to interact and boost the morale. Talk relevant and communicate with compassion and to generate ease and teh feeling of being together.

  • Business-wise, do you think any benefit in 'work from home'?

    Yes, it saves you a lot if you office is far off. You are more prody and you have more time available.

  • What will be the effect of the existing downturn now accentuated by Covid on your company and what do you need to recover?

    Consumer spendingvhas gitvreduced and people are vary cautiously spending only on Food, Healthcare, Electronics and Entertainment. Other industries have had a lull for almost 3 months and it will take another 6 months to see full recivery.

  • What is more important for a startup - branding or sales?

    Initially Sales to generate top line and stay afloat but simultaneously investing in the brand also makes lots of sense.

  • What is your most important customer retention matra?

    Listen to them and understand their needs and the lives.

    Bringing greater impact with limited budgets

    Ability to think creatively and Strategic. Opportunities to innovate and explore ideas to engage and build brands

  • How was your experience with your first job?

    It was a hardcore role of Sales but b2b sales of air-conditioners and Commercial units for showrooms. So I used to work with Architects, interior designers to help them find the right solution.

    The landscape has changed and so the way we do marketing. With cross sectors experience, it has been a great journey.
