  • In this VUCA world, how do you keep your technology skills updated?

    The best way is to look around and prioritize your immediate requirements. You never learn technology skills by thinking of VUCA world. We learn skills either by solving work front challenge or by hardcore passion about our professional goals. I have paid many courses fee but later realize that i did that just force myself to learn something im not excited about it at all. So answer is dont think about VUCA world and Just focus on which skills are your immediate needs. In long run you will realize that you learn all technical skills you need to face VUCA world.

  • What are your IT strengths and weaknesses?

    1. ICT Project Implementation. 2. IT Project Management. I dont know any software laungage nor i can write 2 lines of code. Honestly i never needed to do since management is all about managing team skills to get the job done in best possible way

  • What are your favourite and least favourite technology products, and why?

    Favorite- I loveERP and CIS products as i implemented at very large scaleand thier impact or value realization is awesome. I never liked Virtual chatbots product.

  • What is the biggest IT challenge you have faced, and how did you handle it?

    Well I was asked to design develop and implement a platform for consumer survey along with assets in a large geography . It took 1 year to develop web and mobile applications and 1 yearto execute it in field. I didt every aspect of scope myselfandi put it as my top achievement in life.
