  • How does an advertising professional learn the art of media planning?

    It will help him understand how the creative communication needs to eb made across all media. He won't create a 1 min video for running on Digital or on YouTube. He would understand how short snacky content is what people prefer

  • What motivated you to choose this career?

    Didn't have much of choice as I didn't score well in college or school...and later found this is the place where they don't really need 90% entered and later found my passion in it.

  • How was your experience with your first job?

    Best boss till date who made me learn a lot. The experience was great.

  • How has your job evolved over the years?

    Have been a one person army to a handling a team of 20 people now.

    Passion , Patience & Perseverance

  • What is your biggest concern at your job? How do you manage it?

    Work balance

  • What is the best way to get into the profession of advertising?

    There is no best way, there are ways. I did it by doing a course from NIA. You can pursue course from MICA or other institutes and then start working as an intern. Education is important so do a course certainly in advertising.

  • What skills should an advertising professional possess?

    Curioisty to know more and Observation skills are needed.

  • How do you measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign?

    Depends with what objective was the campaign done. Awareness , Consideration Or leads. Objective and KPI are decided before. Brand tracks helps to understand the objectives set .

  • What is the best way to get into the profession of advertising?

    Work in an advertising agency get your hands dirty and then do a course and then work . Gaining experience and then doing course will help in better salary package.

  • How do you handle dissatisfied clients?

    Clients are mostly dissatisfied. The only way to keep handle them is to be proactive and keep them updated.

  • What are the benefits and drawbacks of being in the advertising profession?

    Benefits - Touching lives through your work and making an impact creatively.Drawbacks - Timings and not paid enough

  • How do you see your job evolving in the future?

    Don't know if I my job will evolve but I certainly have to evolve. Learn and unlearn will be the strategy.

  • What was the most challenging moment in your career?

    Going on stage and presenting to more than 100 audience which included Camp's from big companies at the EMVies Stage.
