Grab the growth mindset to rethink user journey and the strategies you used until now. Learn methods to diagnose problems early at various steps in your loop and unlock the most common constraints.Position right and build disruptive growth flywheel for your business.

WEEK 2

Building Acquisition Growth Loops

Once you build a firm foundation, you need a compounding growth strategy. We’ll cover the different types of Growth Loops, understand which ones work for your product, and build an acquisition strategy to optimise your CAC.

WEEK 3

Improving Activation Rates

Identify intrinsic and extrinsic drivers that influences users activation. Explore methods of reducing and monitoring any friction. Understand the data that drives user behavior to make data driven decisions about product.

WEEK 4

Measuring and Improving Retention

Learn proven frameworks that you can use throughout your growth journey to retain, engage, and resurrect users to being loyal customers and ambassadors. Build methodical and systematic approach for long term retention.

WEEK 5

Build Growth Model and define your North Star Metrics

Create your 'Growth Equation'& determining your North Star. Learn to build a culture of repeated experimentation. Establishing hypothesis, designing tests & validating outcomes. Learn building a sustainable growth model.

WEEK 6

Execute Capstone Project

Build a growth model for your company from scratch. Right from Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, Retention and Monetization. Share your model with the cohort and experts for feedback.

You will be required to invest around 5-6 hours over the week for a period of 6 weeks.
The program requires you to be part of live sessions, work on assignments and submit them on time every week.The program has a fixed start and end date that you need to complete together.
Our intention is to maximize the quality of the cohort to ensure peer to peer learning. We shortlist the best candidates who will find value and be able to equally contribute to the program.
If 3 or more people join from the same company, we offer a flat ₹4,000 off per person on the fees.
A good stable internet connection. Online learning is democratic, isn't it?
It take 6 hours/week and is distributed as 4 hours compulsory session on Saturday, 1 hour of office hours[optional] and 1hour guest session[optional].
We have the session on Saturdays 10 am to 12pm - 12:30 pm to 2:30pm IST.
If you're unhappy with the program within the first 7 days, you request for a full refund.
Yes, you will receive a certificate on completion of the course. However, the skills you build are what will unlock opportunities for you, not the certificate.
All course instruction will be online and all you need is an internet connection to watch the videos and participate in class activities. However, there might be physical meetups post COVID, which are optional to attend and the costs will have to be borne by you.
Yes, this program is designed for working professionals. The core curriculum will be covered over the weekends. However, there's some community event happening in the evenings on a daily basis, you get to pick what you want to attend.
Not very long. If we like what you can bring into the Xpert community, we'll schedule an interview with you to discuss your goals. If we see a fit, you are in. The entire process takes about a week.
Your application would be reviewed. If shortlisted, you will have telephonic interview. Once you clear that, a payment link would be sent to complete enrollment. Therefter you will get access to the program and library.
You will be divided in teams, wherein you will work with a diverese set of professionals with impressive experience and background. After every session you will be working with this team to brainstorm and complete your assignment.
